Many of Us are Zinc Deficient because:

Zinc is a trace element that plays a crucial role in our immune system. a lack of zinc can make you more susceptible to disease and illness. 

Zinc is responsible for a number of functions in the body, and it helps stimulates the activity of over 1000 different enzymes. The element is naturally found in different foods, but it is also available as dietary supplements.

Currently, the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for zinc in the United States is 11mg per day for men and 8mg a day for women. This means only a small intake of zinc is necessary to reap its numerous benefits.
